This guide should tell you all you need to know about the feedback we want from you, how to provide it and why we’re asking for your help.

What feedback are we asking for?
Quite simply, any feedback you have about the platform. We are a new business, building a totally new tool, so learning is everything for us. We’re after your honest, simple feedback about your experience with Trendle.
We want to learn:
How did you use Trendle?
What were your favourite parts of the tool?
Was anything confusing?
Do you think you’ll use it in the future?
What functionality could we add to make Trendle more useful?
No matter how much you use Trendle, your feedback is very valuable to us. Even if you don’t ever end up using Trendle with a real customer, we’d still love to learn about what you did try, and why you didn’t end up using it more.
Ways to give us feedback
We want this to be as easy as possible for you, so we’ve created a nice, simple online form for you to fill in. We will email this to you once you’re set up on Trendle and have had a chance to use it for a while.
It should only take around 15 minutes to fill the form and tell us about your experiences.
Alternatively, if it isn’t going to be easy for you to sit down and fill in the form, we’re also very happy to have a chat about your experience. We can do it over the phone or in person. We’ll send you the link to arrange a time with us in the same email.
Why are we asking for your feedback?
We’re asking for your feedback because you’re the expert in what you do. We believe the best tools are built with the people who use them, which is why your voice matters at Trendle.
Your feedback will be used to create our product development roadmap. This means that we can add the features that are most useful to you and other clothing repair and alteration specialists.
Trendle is a co-operative, which means we’re not just building a platform, we’re building shared ownership. As Trendle grows, we want users like you to have a say in decisions and a stake in what we’re creating together, which is why we’re all about feedback!
How are we going to use your feedback?
We take your privacy seriously. We’ll only use the feedback you provide to improve Trendle. Your data will never be sold or shared without your permission.
If you share any particularly great insights or quotes about how much you enjoyed using Trendle, we may reach out to ask if we can use them in our marketing. However, we won’t do this without getting your consent first.
